TRR*** and PRP***

we are aware about backblocks due to COVID-19 however I would like to express my disappointment with the level of service 9 months waiting renewal of temporary visa which supposed to come out 6-8 weeks and 3 years for permanent No responses to my case number 2*** *** and PRP***. I have expected much more from a high-status and reputed company as VSF and home affairs of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help this affecting my mental health with stress i have kids to look after but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution of my visa applications for the renewal visa applications.

May you feel my frustration for the past 9 months no response on renewal visa and permanent resident it is currently 3 years no response . I have been monitoring the status every 2 weeks for the progress of the updated status unfortunately you are telling me something again honestly this is a heartbroken response from high authority.
