tribalism in pta home affairs

I was a first time applicant for a asylum.The lady who was registering the names to give us kept on scolding us about being a Zimbabwean and worse of all being a shona.She claimed I did not have the right to be in South Africa of which it might be true, but the fact that the Minister Mr Gigaba did approve that we have to apply for asylum gives me a right to be treated fairly. I was personally scolded about my tribe, my complection and worse of all that l think lm special because of the degrees l hold. I had to wait the whole day just for an I terview of which its been 2 weeks waiting for it.After all the people who app**** after me have been interviewed and their asylum processed all just because they had to pay a certain amount to the managers responsible of the files. Its actually not fair , being a Zimbabwean is not by choice and l feel that we are not treated as humans because we come from a neighbouring country.I have written the same letter to the UNHCR and to the UN because action has to be taken regarding the service at he affairs pta
