Travel documents application

I app**** for the renewal of my travel documents since last year April at vereeniging regional office I paid for the service after submitting all the required documents up-to-date I haven't received my travel documents. For 8 months the dha still verifying the finger print. My complaint it one voice for many with the same case with no explanation, except for *****. Foreigners rights are disregard in this country though we have the right documents . We are many hanging in this situation. It's very unfair. Please help me for I am a cross-border Driver and I can no longer provide for my family due to this unknown delay. I am pleading for help for I need this document.
