TRASHY NON EXISTING SERVICE

I have been trying to call their contact center number everyday , the number provided on the website and no one picks , up why give a number that doesnt work , do they even work ,. The consulate in London is useless ,same issue with non-working number ??? my mom needs help with applying for an ID , she needs to travel back to SA but her passport is expired.
