Totaly TERRIBLE with handling Docs !!!

<p>when applying for my permanent Visa for SA - First application - they lost my Birth Certificate, which led me to my Visa application refusal ! - while Ive got papers signed by them that Birth Certificate HAS been received by them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This pushed me to do Visa appeal + Another payment for this new application !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This second application has been handed bday before they changed to a new Visa system - VFS GLOBAL</p> <p>- the second application and all documentation has been lost completely - My application not found on either of their systems !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Money and time lost second time !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>- they refusing to help or provide a proper service !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been pushed to leave the country once again !</p> <p> </p> <p>all they say - apply for the 3rd application - totaly horrified !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>South Africa you must sort out your VISA departments, before calling ******* immigrants ********* !!!</p> <p>Your own system is a ******** !</p> <p> </p> <p>Never mind when they lost my daughters Birth Certificate couple years ago.</p> <p>They just cant handle any of your documentation - and in the end they will say they got nothing to do with it, and make you feel like your the ******** of some kind !!!</p>
