Total pathetic service

<p>I am utmost disgusted with the pathetic service I received at Akasia home affairs . the staff is so unfriendly. once you ask them something they either ignore you and roll their eyes. at the photo booth the lady that had to assist me was so rude I had to help myself get a clear picture of my son. then the area where the application is being processed was worse. she didn't even greet or tell me any information and whenever you ask a question she looks at you with blank expression on her face and rudely ignores you. Home Affairs in Akasia needs to do something urgently because we pay for the service it's not for damn free!</p>
