August 2018 I appliyed for my child birth certificate ammendment.... From then every time I go to home affairs I'm told to come back in 3 weeks time the application is in process... I did this application in Mitchells Plain office (Cape Town). Till today 29 November 2019 I have not received my child birth certificate. This is disgusting and pathetic... I am a tax payer but this is what is we get from the public service... Home affairs don't even deserve a rating.
