Tired and so poor service

i don't know what to do anymore. we get send from one department to another for the last 6 years and still we can't get the matter sorted out at all. then you get advised to send an email that you also never get any reply to. is there anyone that would be able to help with our marriage certificate. we got married in 2016 and the pastor said all we needed to do is go fetch our certificate and was not as easy as according to Home Affairs we were never married. now we are sitting with a big problem as we app**** to immigrate and they refuse helping us until we can proof, we have been married for 5 years. we have spoken to someone where they have asked us to send all our invoices and photos and 4 supporting documents to proof, we got married in 2016. the pastor we used ran away with our money and she is nowhere to be found and all we have is a piece of paper stating that we went into civil partnership but according to home affairs we needed to send all the other documents in for them to register it as 2016. here we are 6 years later going for 7 years and till today no one can help us or direct us in the correct path to get this sorted. we spend so much money on immigration and we will lose that soon and who do i ask for the money then. please this cant go on like this anymore and we want to sort this out as South Africans living in South Africa
