Time wasters

<p>I gave birth at Baragwanath Hospital on Sunday and The nurses advised that I can go to a near by home affairs for my son's birth certificate.On Friday the 20th I went to Kopanong Municipality Home Affairs since I'm a Dobsonville Ext 2 residence to print the birth certificate,A man by the name of Sibusiso Thwala/Tshwala told me that I cant get the birth certificate I need to go to bara and print it there since I gave birth there and told me that he sent the officials there to do that with attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a recording to prove all this and Wonder if he knows the BathoPele Principles.</p> <p> </p> <p>I fail to understand what is his job suppose to be if he cant print my son's birth certificate and wants to refer me to another branch which is far from my home.</p>
