CASE NO: ***<br> <br> I would like to make a follow up again regarding the amendment of my daughter from Likhona Mawa Ngwane to Likhona Otshudi Ngwane. Turnaround time has elapsed no nothing has been done and let me say your services are very poor. On the 25/02/2015 I went to your offices in Durban (umngeni ) whereby the security guys they've got attitude and I was assisted thought to complete and the submit the necessary documents as required. In Nov 2015 I called you call centre whereby I was told that the receive the application but not finalised yet and then I had to go again to the offices on the 28 / 29 of Dec 2015 we turned away the officials . I called again I spoke to Rosa who is the team leader she advised me to resend the forms I did them on the 08/01/2015 and the supervisor Mr. Mkhize promised me that they will send the docs to you on the same day and copy me on that email. Up until now I did not receive anything from your offices . what next to be done as I can't keep on visiting your offices its very annoying<br>
