Thulamashe home affairs very poor service

What a poor service ppl are kept there for a long time without being told what’s going on,waited for over 6hours for so called network only few ppl assisted.then when your about to be helped offices are closed you are told to come back the next day.ppl are suffering not getting assistance yet they used the last money to visit the home office,employees are dragging their feet not thinking how far this poor ppl came from.poor communication s****s is playing a role big time,security are controlling home affair officials are not visible nor some who can make sure that ppl are assist you jst packed in 1 room no movement.
