Three Hours to do unabridged birth certificate

Roodepoort Home Affairs has only 1 cashier serving 100s of people resulting into huge delays in being serviced . I was on a queue to submit a form for 1 hour 30 minutes. Then 1 to pay is also same period. I suggest to users of such service that we vote the governing party out of power . This is nonsense.
