I went to an Home Affairs office to ask about citizenship for a friend, and the process involved, in general. I am not going to mention some casual filth on the floor, but eventually I got to speak to a female, who managed to talk to me between two bite of some food (poor lady she looked so malnourished) Of course the info I received I could have used it as a toilet paper - at least, but it was something that she said that caught my super-attention. I asked, upon submission do I get a reference number? No - she said. But then what if it gets lost - not that you ever lost any document? Apply again - she rep****. How many time? I asked. I don't know, many times she said. Aha... So how long does it takes to verify the PR I asked, then she said, ... a couple of years. Well, that is a wonderful person, working in a wonderful state competent and un-*******ed department displaying an amazing IQ . I feel elated. Great work
