they have misplaced my documents

i am currently on martenity leave i gave birth on 29/12/2014. early december i went to home affairs in kokstad to apply for uif i was advised that its still early days should come back after i gave birth. on 05/01/2015 i went back again i left every document they wanted was advised to come back on 10/02/2015 which is after a month. Yesterday i went back and i was told that my request was not processed because some of the documents were not sent off to pietermaritzburgh i had to wait for an hour waiting for them to find my file which they have misplaced nobody knew where was it. i am very angry how home affairs staff is treating people, i mean i have got bills to pay a child to take care of. the last time i had a salary was in december it was totally unacceptable for them to chase me away when i went in december because they know their service is poor and pathetic. i cant explain how i feed right now knowing that i will have to for another month to get this issue resolved. i dont have a problem if it takes a month to get a money that is your process, but this i wont take it and i dont have time to go back and forth i need someone to take it up and come up with a solution.
