The worst service

Good day I trust you well as for me I’m not I’m so disappointed with the service I get at home affairs as a whole I app**** for my passport on the 8th of may 2024 today is the 21 of June 2024 I wake up very early in the morning to maponya mall home affairs around 7am I was there waited in a long queue under the tree is understandable for some reason that they only opening at 8am mind you is very cold since is winter the 8 o clock still waiting under the tree in the mall in a que no movement nothing then hits 9:07am that where they start working and we go in the we sit for some time then I was called by my ID number and I was told that my passport is not there and I asked how and what’s the procedure of the waiting period the guy told me is 14 working days then I tell him from 8 may till this day 14 working days it hasn’t passed then he said he will go check what’s the problem…then 15 minutes later he comes and tells me that there’s something wrong with my finger print and I ask how he tells me that is either someone was trying to use my ID or my finger prints are likely to be the same to someone okay then he left me there…what makes me angry is the time I wasted standing there and why was I never told that there’s something wrong with my finger prints via email or call or sms what’s really the point for us to fill our full details while they are not been used ?im sitting at home thinking everything is okay but no and no one is doing anything about it and if I really needed to you my passport as soon as possible ? The service we get from you guys is really not nice even now I’m still left with a question mark that what’s really going on with my passport.
