The worst Home affairs Office ever

i recieved horrible service from home affairs when i went to do my passport the ladys at home Affairs were Rude they were being ****** towards me and they were transferring me from pillar to post . the one lady told me she will send me to witch drs the systems were offline like is this really how people in the Government operate they dont work or service the people they just go on lunches 24/7 i had to stay there the whole day and because i am coloured i was treated horribly at home affairs in Maponya Mall the workers there get paid for nothing honestly speaking The manager Ruth was also horrible to me scandelling in the Venucular .
