The worst home affairs in South Africa. (George)

Hi I'm sitting with a critical problem waiting for my unabridged martiage certificate from George office but still nothing, I get hold of the office manager and she promise me that she will look into it the next day she send me a poster that she sighned that the office is only now handling certain items the rest is closed because of covid. I'm waiting now from the 26th of August 2020 but nothing, if I don't get that certificate I can't register my marriage in Thailand and with that I can not get my marriage Visa I must leave Thailand
