The staff is ***********

<p>A month ago I want to home affairs to apply for passport for me an my 8year old son,before I went I made several calls to the home affair required about the doc that I will need,he's dad must be with we took off from work to go an apply,a few days later I received the sms ready for collection,now my focus is on getting the visa,today I found out that u acually needs unabridged certificate for him,hello am i working at home affair your staff was suppose to tell me that I must apply for the unabridged certificate,but nobody did but they issue me he's passport even when I call before nobody said anything that's why I was doing inquires,imagine if i didn't find out an left for the airport than only I would have found out about the certificate,now it's going to cost me to go back and apply for it which I could have done with the passport,your staff I will say is *********** they know the rules I don't even when u phone they can't even answer u properly,today I was phoning to log a complaint against them funny I been send from office to office to nobody picking up the phone,I will try again tomorrow to log a case clearly these people is only there for the paycheck,why issue a passport to my son if i can't use it without the unabridged certificate clearly a waste of time,and believe me I won't even get a response cause they don't like doing they jobs</p> <p>An they not even worth a star</p>
