The shocking state of our countries home affairs

Needed to apply for an identity document and was told to visit our nearest Department of home affairs, which would be the one in Randburg. To begin with the state of the public parking has craters our car struggled to get out of, literally! We were then informed that the que too stands in that disgusting carpark behind a closed gate, while a trickle of people are actually allowed into the relic of a building. All round an awful experience. Shocked at the state of our home affairs considering we pay such steep taxes and fees for everything in this country!!! Very disappointing!!!
