the service Mitchell's plain people receive from home affairs

Good day I'm very disappointed in home affairs in tafelsig Wednesday morning I stood in a line for 3hours from 06:45am waiting with my 2 year old daughter and other people also standing in the line getting extremely cold the group of people eventually came opened up and let us in when we came inside the manager was very unprofessional and rude to all people even the elderly people telling them that they need to hurry up and that they don't want to hear any complains then she shouted that they done working at half past 2 my thing is if they done working at half past 2 then why didn't they inform the people my baby is so sick and I'm upset because I wasn't helped nor did they give us a number so that when they come back they will help us first just befor half past 2 the manager shouted at everyone that they need to leave b cause they going home now and everyone need to come back Monday when I asked her what I need to get a grant she told me that they won't be in tafelsig the Monday and the people who heard her anouncment left what will happen to them Monday? On top of that their tea breaks were more then an hour we wake up very early to be there in time then they treat us like **** and we don't get the help that we were suppose to get the manager was rude to old people in wheelchairs that's not the way to treat people here I'm dying to find a job and they are getting paid to treat people like they dogs and not give them the proper service and respect I'm really disappointed I'm sitting now with a sick child
