The lost department

<p>For over the tenth time I follow up on a simple unabridge marriage certificate with Paarl Home Affairs. Despite them following up with Pretoria on a regular basis, after 13 months the certificate is still missing. Their emails do not get answered and hardly anyone pick up ever the calls. What is happening in Pretoria? A reflection of our current State of the Nation? When I got married 15 years ago the cerificate was available at Paarl within two months. Evidently the policy of the current administration has mananged to destroy another state institution. </p>
