2. My daughter's permit application, submitted in August 2021, remains stagnant with the Home Affairs website merely acknowledging receipt.

3. Similarly, my applications for Spousal Visa renewal and Permanent Resident Permit, initiated in April 2023, linger in limbo with no progress beyond the initial acknowledgement.

4. Attempting to reach high-ranking Home Affairs officials has proven fruitless, with contact numbers and email addresses frequently inaccessible. It is bewildering to encounter non-existent government numbers when seeking assistance.
