The government is really failing us and there is no remorse towards their daily negligence and failure

I am really annoyed cause we as parents are advised to book Online for an appointment for ID and when you get to the branch on that selected date and time, you are told to queue outside until called in but what is the point of making a booking and respecting the appointment when your still made to wait unattended or no communication
