The Germiston Home Affairs should close down!!!

<p>We all understand that Friday and Saturdays are the shortest days in a week but the department of home affairs in Germiston proved that beyond reasonable doubt. The staff is very lazy, they would come out once or twice to count the number of people they want to help and then close the doors leaving the rest of the people to burn in the sun outside. The department has seemed to have lost touch with humanity, where is their sense of UBUNTU? As a government entity they should be leading by example, giving the best customer service. This has been going on for more than two days, I have queued here for two consecutive days without help. They need to change the way they operate before it's too late!!!!</p>
