The Department of Home Affairs Kingsmead Branch

I had to apply for a new passport and identity document and app**** online. this process went smoothly and I was very impressed with the service. I then made an appointment at the Home affairs Offices located at the Standard Bank Kingsmead branch. On the day I turned up at the allocated time but a lady informed us that they were offline and that we had to wait. Thesytem came back online after two hours and my applications were processed courteously and efficiently. Regardless of the wait i would like to compliment all the DHA personnel based at Kingsmead for the way they handled the situation and the way they treated each applicant. They were brillaint and handled themselves professionallyat all times. Tanks to you all at Kingsmead!
