The country does not care for its people

Disgusting. U do your application on line and pay to speed up the process. U just have to do biometrics but u still have to b in the same q as those that have to do their full application. Surely there cud b a separate q for biometrics only? Trying to book at a bank u have to wait weeks. Can this country not jack themselves up? U can't tell me this country cares for their people when they have to stand literally for hours in the boiling sun
