#the city works for themselves

I left work early as i needed to go an collect my new ID card from the Home Affairs office in Bellville. I got to there door at 3H25 and was told that they are not helping anymore people and i should come back in the next day. They actually only close at 4H00. There were a few people in front of there door and they did not want to let anyone in. One of there clients called the manager (She also needed to do a collection). When the manager, Michael Hlalentla, came he told us we he cannot let us in as their employees work till 4H00 and they wont help us after that. I then explained that i took time off work and i cannot just come back in the morning and all he had to say is that isnt his problem. Our work must jus give us off because he cant let us in. I find this totally unacceptable as I cannot just take off work when i want too and the Department closes at 4H00 so why is the doors closed at 3H25 already.....
