That's what I call a "Real manager"!

<p>On May 16th of 2017 after so many weeks of unsuccessful tries to apply for visa renewal me and my husband made a visit to the office of DHA at Rivonia. The whole process of dealing with so many officials in different offices was pretty frustraiting. Always either wrong information or at least incomplete information seriously delayed our case. Finally we've been lucky to meet a very nice lady name Thule at the front desk at Rivonia office. She was the working manager on that day. What a wonderful service she provided to everyone there... She was patient, professional and simply very nice to every singel person up there. It didn't matter if it was frustrated old gentleman with broken English with some kind of loooong story to tell or nervous young guy with incomplete papers or us - confused by the mixed information. This beautiful (and very pregnant :) ) lady-manager didn't loose her cool, energy, well manners and ... her smile. She was absolutely fantastic, quick, very helpful and right with all the information. Thanks to her we've been able to finally resolved all the problems and successfully app**** AT THE SAME DAY. After so many trips to the offices of DHA, phone calls and hours spended on "online application system" one RIGHT PERSON fixed it in a flash. How about that? Thumbs up and "THANK YOU" for Mrs. Thule at Rivonia office of Department of Home Affairs!</p>
