Thank you -Job well done

Went to the Department of Home Affairs on Monday and it was hectically busy. I was given a ticket and told I should to the cashier (very friendly lady) to pay . When I was finished and set down I started to notice how the staff was and their attitude toward client and I must say LOVELY . The staff was very friendly ,attentive and visible on the floor. When I went to where I was suppose to be ,again I was not disappointed.

They rotated when one when out there was an immediate replacement.
