Thank you Home Affairs - Std Bank Killarney Mall

I booked online for a new ID card at Standard Bank Killarney Mall. I paid the amount required and I got an appointment in 2 weeks time. I went to the appointment and they were offline and gave me their numbers to call before coming again. I called the next day and they were online and I went through and spent about 10min waiting and another 10min to do the necessary admin. 2 weeks later I got an sms and went to collect my ID card. Once again they were offline. 2 days later they were online and I collected my ID card in 5 minutes. What a brilliant experience. Just call to check before hand that they are online and you too will be amazed.
