Terrible service ever

Good day am writing this review with a very disappointed heart and feeling ashamed to our department and understanding why there is high rate of *******ion in our country Here is my story i went to DHA in April 2021 to apply for my son's birth certificate amendment filling in the forms paid the required amount and was told that i must check it between 6 to 8 weeks which i did went back to the department after the given time but till todate i haven't got my son's birth certificate i cant even put my son on my medical aid since my employer need a proof that its indeed my biological son and the proof its the birth certificate that am failing to receive from DHA below its there response for the past 3 years
