Terrible Service

They Make you wait in line for more than 6 hours and then call your number. Then you take your photo and fingerprints and then again have to wait outside to call your number again. They made us wait forever in the cold outside. Terrible service! Only 3 people on duty when they have 6 counters. They start to work very fast during night time and then when its your turn they can't help you, because they can't phone anyone in the other town. I was fed up with their service. Left there without getting my ID or passport renewed. Terrible terrible service. No organised system in place.
