Terrible service

Home Affairs Newcastle has the worst service ever including management. Spoke to one of their managers Bongi Makoba who was very rude and was not willing to assist as for their senior manager Minka Terblanche she does not respond to calls and emails. Talk about incompetence! I’m disgusted to say the least.
