Terrible service

I went to Home affairs in Akasia with my son in September 2019. He made the application and it was processed. Until December we haven't heard anything from them, only to find out when I went to check that I need to submit an abridged certificate which I did. I keep on getting the sms's to say that the application was cancelled because there are outstanding documents. I go to home affairs to inquire they tell me not to worry about it. Today I got the same sms again. I just need someone to assist me in getting my son's ID document as its been months now waiting to hear from them.
