Terrible Service at online branches

<p>I app**** for an re-issue ID since I got married. It was 5 weeks after applying, paying & going for my appointment at the branch when they asked for supporting documents where Ihad to register my birth again 25 years later since they can't find my documents. Filled in the docs, got told to go into a branch. Went to the Centurion branch, got new papera to fill in and sent back to finalize with the online branch. Went to the online branch in The Grove's FNB and got told I need to go to a DHA branch again as they apparently can't help. This is f***ing ridiculous!! How are there satellite branches not equipped to assist with scanning in a document?!?!?!</p>
