Terrible Service at Nedbank's Home Affairs office

My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter to the Nedback Head Office on Rivonia Road Sandton, to complete her application for her ID card at the Home Affairs office housed there. I was completely taken aback by the official's rude, abrupt, dismissive and impatient attitude. It could not have been a more unpleasant experience. While I was irritated by her lack of basic good manners, I was furious at the way she treated my daughter who suffers from social anxiety. On the way home, my daughter said to me "This is why I get scared Mom - she was awful". Frankly, while Nedbank has no direct responsibility for the Home Affairs staff in their Head Office, I would be embarrassed if I was them to house such revolting "service" personnel.
