Terrible service at Home Affairs department

In May 2018 my mother app**** for a print out of a unabridged marriage certificate at Department of home affairs in Pretoria central, after several visits to their office stating that the matter has not been finalised they handed her the call centre number to follow up before she can collect the marriage certificate its August 2019 it still has not been updated in order to supply her with a copy which she has already paid for in May 2018.

My father has passed on and my mother has struggled to update any of her affairs his estate cannot be finalized no one takes responsibility at all.
