Terrible Service

Waited for half a year for my Vault Birth certificate. Then was never notified that it has been receive by Pinetown. When asked why I wasn't notified was told that the sms service is not guaranteed. Phoned the Home Affairs call centre and Gift answered and was so unhelpful and so RUDE. I would like to know how the introductory recording for the Home Affairs Call Centre is that 'the department is trying to better their service' and then I get the most terrible service a few minutes later. I am so disappointed in the department of Home Affairs, this is NOT world class service this is an embarrassment. I have a recording if anyone would like to listen.
