Terrible Service

Homeaffairs Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth, service is bad. I booked online to do my ID, got to the branch early before my appointment only to be told the scanner machine to scan affidavit isn’t working mind you I have spent R150 to travel to the branch and now I must go back with back without being assisted!

Government services are terrible! A whole department depending on one printer machine.
