Terrible service

I am currently at home affairs in whiteriver in Mpumalanga the service is terrible however they have a small group of people they have to attend to. We have been standing outside since 7am still standing outside at 11:31 with many empty chairs inside but standing outside getting burnt by the sun because the security is scared to be scolded by the manager. Nothing is being communicated to us. We are less than 20 however more than 4 hours waiting to be helped I will take this further to the news department because this is unacceptable there are busier places however the service delivery is impeccable here they have less people to attend to therefore relax and punish the people. Unfortunately we cannot leave due to the nature of needing IDs and passports so we are forced to stand and wait
