Terrible communication.

Unfortunately I am based in JHB and the only means of dealing with an issue regarding my ex-wife, is via e-mail. This office just does not respond to e-mails unless they want something. They don't answers telephones at the best of times either. 11 months later, I received an e-mail stating that my daughters surname change had taken place but just the week prior to this, my ex-wife had asked me to please send a letter of consent to her for her to change my daughters surname. Up until the time that I received the e-mail stating that this had been done, I had not sent the letter to my ex-wife. So I am trying to establish what letter of consent was used to proceed with the surname change but they refuse to respond to my e-mail. I did not request the surname change, yet I had to provide all of the paper work. The whole thing has been turned around as if I wanted my daughters surname to be changed and not her mother. This is all because of a paternity test that proved that I am not the biological father. I have been treated as a piece of dirt yet I am innocent in this whole saga. I need to confirm that there was no ********** activity with this request.
