Terrible Civil Service @ Randburg Home Affairs

I app**** for a smart card ID and a passport on 3 July 2018 on the 6th of July 2018 I received a SMS informing me that only the ID was ready. Now my wish is for me to collect them both at the same time reason being I cannot afford to take two separate days off at work to go fetch them I would rather use one day. I have had a challenge to get anyone to take a call and verify this for me, the one time my call was answered the lady offered to help and later during the short call pretended to no hear me on the account that we had a bad connection.

All I need to know is my passport ready for collection so I can apply for annual leave to go and collect both my documents.
