SYSYEM OFFLINE FOR HOURS

It is my 5th time coming to Krugersdorp Home Affairs. The system works for 1hour, then they will be offline for the rest of the day.

Is the same issue everyday. People who visited the office yesterday had to return today 20/02/2024. And still could not be helped.

How does a big department like home affairs not sort the problem.
