Systems offline whole day. Waiting Waiting Waiting

Has any one ever visited the home affairs branch in PE Cleary Park? What a disappointment. Every single day their systems is off line for how many months now we are waiting here since 8am and it's almost 1pm. How can the systems be off the whole day? What are they doing whole day? They are getting paid to do nothing while our tax money is paying the to do nothing. The children needs IDs. School is starting and we can't keep our kids out of school to do this. The online portal is also not working What is the purpose of the office if it's always off-line?
