Systems are always offline

Last week on the 11th of February,I came to the Home Affairs opposite the Gautrain station by Centurion and I was told to turn around as the systems were offline and return the following day specially in the morning. <br> <br> I was only able to return the following week on the 16th of February after midday and was told the systems were offline and was told to return the following day in the MORNING specifically again. I was unable to come in the morning the following day and only got there after 12 in the afternoon and for the third time the systems were offline again and was told to return in the MORNING again specifically. <br> <br> Do the systems of the government only work in the morning as the same thing happened to me on two occasions at the Centurion Driving Testing stations OR does nobody want to work after lunch cause that's what it seems like.<br> <br> I am part of the generation that voted for the first time recently and if this is the service we are getting from our government I am really regretting my vote.<br> <br> But then again I must be another a South African who's just complaining about the port service in this country. <br> Let's just move to Australia. Hahahahahaaaa
