Systems always offline

A person makes an appointment here 5 times and every time you come in you are advised that systems are offline. Staff members don't even advise people waiting in these queues instead they are busy talking to one another and no progress of what is happening is given to any clients waiting. DOHA in King Williams Town is pathetic. Government needs to put better measures in place for such things!!!
