System Offline

I went to home affairs Tongaat I was there till morning to do my temp ID I was there the whole day from morning and only at 15:00 the system was back online for verification I recently went to home affairs umgeni road I was there from 9am I was assisted by 1pm and straight after I paid I was told system offline I stayed there the whole day till half 3 when they said home affairs is closed but the closing time is 4pm and we should choose dates when we can come I begged and told them I have work I came today because I am off it's going to be a week till I get my next off day during the week I signed for next day I have paid 140 with no ID application processed and how can an national system be offline for four hours with no back up I need my ID as soon as possible
