Swartrugens home affairs verry bad services.We app**** for our sons surname change on the 11 march 2026 since today they have not even send in the application to head office luckily o contacted head office because really thats why it takes 3 to 4 months to a year because they dont do theire work they simply dont care im really verry unhappy with this services and swartrugens are really a bad place they dont want to assist you at all
