Surname amendments

Good day, I got married on the 22nd of November 2019, in December 2019 we app**** for surname amendments for my children, I was told that it will take six months to finalise the request but till today I'm still waiting. I call them every week to check, they make excuses about the covid-19, it's now one year three months it's still not finslised.
