Surnam change for my Daughter

Wow, it's been 2years and I'm still waiting. I guess the poor will continue to suffer in this case. I know I'm just a nobody and with much respect to all of you working there, the billionaires of this world, can you kindly assist this poor woman with this application. I don't have money, I'm not famous so I guess I will have to suffer to get the surname changed. Thanks to our government, it takes more than 2years to process a surname change application. Now your call centre people are telling me to fax the application form, mind you this form was left at your branch, but I now have to drive again to home affairs and ask for the application and fax it back to home affairs. Shocked for years, Lord have messy on the poor. The sad part is I don't even know where to log a complaint because no one ever gets back to me, now they claim to have contacted me. That is a lie, and why should I fax you documents that are at your offices. This makes no sense at all. And this is the government we voted for.
